Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Proof of purchase may be required.
Please note:
Certain items, including intimate wear, swimwear, clearance products, and personalized or customized items, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and customization reasons.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund (subject to our return policy) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is a result of our error (such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Mbasic will cover the return shipping charges in such cases.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and therefore cannot be canceled.
